What is Zoom?

Zoom is an easy-to-use video conferencing software. You will be able to see everyone who's joining the class, and interact with the instructor and other members virtually.

What you need:​

​

• Connect your digital device (phone, tablet, laptop or computer) to high-speed internet.

• Find/create an empty space in your home to exercise, and find an optimal place to position your device.

How to connect to the class:​

​

• Click on the Zoom link or go to https://zoom.us/join and enter the Meeting ID.

• For phone and tablet, You will need to download or open the Zoom app. If you don't already have a Zoom app, make sure to download in advance and test your camera/audio settings.

• For better experience, set up your device closer to the router, and avoid using streaming services on the same WiFi such as YouTube/Netflix during class.
