Dance Fitness & Yoga Instructor

Anna is certified in Yoga and dance Latin, Hip Hop and Contemporary Dance professionally. Not only is she awesome in all of it, but she also wants you to join in the fun!

She aims to help you consciously move your body and have a blast while you’re at it; to create awareness of yourself, and explore your body’s range of motion through different exercises, in order to achieve your maximum fitness potential!

Priscilla Wong

Zumba Instructor

Priscilla has always enjoyed an active lifestyle. In 2010, she discovered Zumba and fell in love with it instantly. She received her Zumba Certification in 2012, and has been spreading her love and passion for dance and fitness through teaching Zumba, and is one of the most active and popular Zumba instructor in Richmond. You can find her high energy classes at Minty Fitness every week!

Megan Merrick

Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor

Megan has a specialized background in Pilates, functional training, athletic performance, human nutrition, medical exercise and post-rehabilitation.  

she has a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology at York University, a Medical Exercise Specialist Certification (ACE) and Masters of Kinesiology at University of British Columbia.

Megan focuses on “Mindful movement, not mindless movement” in all her classes. It is her goal to try to help educate her clients on proper form and technique, as well as helping them build healthy habits and lifestyle changes that go beyond the gym setting.

Sonia Yu

Yoga and Dance Fitness Instructor

Born and raised in Korea where she began her yoga journey, Sonia moved to Vancouver to complete her PhD in Sports Psychology and soon started teaching yoga and Dance Fitness at the former Sunberry Fitness studio, and was one of the most popular instructors. 


Between 2018-21, she lived in Shanghai and pursued further training in the practices of the East, and collaborated with United Family Health Care to offer private and small group yoga classes.  

With 17 years of experience, she wants to share the many health and mental benefits of yoga with her students.  She finds that these benefits had taught her to be more disciplined and allowed her to see the world as a cohesion of human and nature.  This brings her joy and peace not only within herself and everyone around her.
